I specialize in optimizing digestion, increasing cellular energy, and reducing systemic inflammation through personalized nutrition, lifestyle practices, and targeted supplementation. With many years of experience, I have helped hundreds of clients reset their gut & balance the microbiome to address digestive concerns such as bloating and IBS. My journey into holistic nutrition was inspired by my own health struggles. I experienced brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, and gut dysbiosis—symptoms that, at times, were debilitating. By addressing the root cause, I was able to restore my health. This experience fuels her belief that each client holds the key to their well-being. Growing up on a working farm, I developed a deep appreciation for real, seasonal food. I learned the value of knowing where food comes from, cooking from scratch, and supporting local agriculture. Today, I continue to grow my own vegetables, shop at farmers’ markets, and enjoy pasture-raised meats. My husband Michael and I have three children, and I strive to maintain balance in my busy life. In my personal time, she enjoys cooking, reading, long walks with her dog, and biking.
